Group Therapy Melbourne, FL
Therapist-led groups that offer connection, accountability, and shared learning alongside peers.
Overview
Group therapy is one of the most powerful, and most underused, forms of mental health treatment. Hearing your experiences reflected back by peers, and watching others work through similar challenges, can shift the perspective that individual therapy alone cannot reach.
Adult & Child Counseling & Psychiatric Center offers structured, clinician-led groups across a range of topics. Every group has a defined focus, a small fixed membership, and clear ground rules around confidentiality and respect. You are never asked to share more than you choose to.
Groups are not a replacement for individual care. Many patients participate in both, using individual sessions to go deeper on personal issues and using the group to practice new skills and feel less alone.
